Terms of Service
Who we are
These terms are published by SHD Service, the developer name of these apps on Google Play. The developer, seller and legal owner is Zoltán Tüskés, an individual based in Sandnes, Norway. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean SHD Service (Zoltán Tüskés), and "you" means the person who installs or buys one of our watch faces.

Buying a watch face
Our watch faces are sold and delivered through Google Play. The price, including any taxes, is shown on the Google Play store page before you buy. Payment, billing and delivery are handled by Google Play, and the Google Play Terms of Service also apply to your purchase. We do not receive your payment details.
Your license
When you install or buy a watch face, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it on the devices linked to your Google account, for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, resell, redistribute or modify the watch face or its images, texts and fonts.
Right of withdrawal and refunds
If you are a consumer in the EEA or the UK, you normally have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. A watch face is digital content that is delivered right after purchase. When you buy it on Google Play, you agree that delivery starts immediately, and you lose the right of withdrawal once the download has started.
Refunds are handled by Google Play under its refund policy. If something is wrong with a watch face, you can also contact us directly and we will help.
Your legal rights
Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory consumer rights. If a watch face does not work as described on its store page, you have the right to have the problem fixed. If we cannot fix it, you can get a price reduction or a refund under the applicable consumer law.
Compatibility and updates
Our watch faces require a round watch with Wear OS 5 or newer. Please check that your watch is supported before you buy. We may release updates that fix problems or improve the watch faces; updates are delivered through Google Play.
Health and activity data
Values such as steps, heart rate and weather are provided by the Wear OS system and shown for general information only. They are not medical advice and should not be used to diagnose or treat any condition.
Content and ownership
The designs, images, texts and other content of our watch faces are owned by or licensed to SHD Service and are protected by copyright. Product names of other companies, such as Wear OS and Google Play, belong to their owners.
Liability
We provide the watch faces with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or for problems caused by your device, its software or third-party services. This does not limit our liability for intent, gross negligence, personal injury, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Privacy
Our watch faces do not collect any personal data. Read the full Privacy Policy.
Governing law and complaints
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. If you are a consumer living in another country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country. If you have a complaint, please contact us first at awooche@gmail.com. If we cannot solve it together, consumers can contact the Norwegian Consumer Council (Forbrukerrådet) or the consumer authority in their own country.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, we will update this page and the effective date above. The terms that applied when you bought a watch face continue to apply to that purchase.
