About Steps to Christmas
Steps to Christmas turns your daily steps into a glowing Christmas tree. Every morning the tree stands dark under a soft northern-lights sky. As you walk, its lights come on one by one, each bulb lighting up the branches around it in its own color. Reach your daily step goal and the last light and the golden star on top shine together, and the whole tree glows.
10 lights and 1 star: a new light comes on every 10% of your own Garmin step goal, so with a 10,000-step goal you get a new light every 1,000 steps. At 100% the star lights up. The tree starts dark again every morning.
Touch and hold the screen to switch to the data screen: 10 data fields on the same soft aurora sky. Touch and hold again to go back to your tree.
Everything is on the watch, so it works offline and needs no image downloads.
