About Body Clock

Body Clock shows your whole day on one ring. The ring around the watch face is the 24 hours of today, cut into 96 slices of 15 minutes, with midnight at the top. Each slice takes the color of what your body did in that quarter hour, and a needle shows where you are now. By the evening the ring is a picture of your day: the calm blue night, the bright morning run, the quiet hours at the desk, the walk after work.

Choose what colors the ring: heart rate, stress or Body Battery.

Heart rate: dark blue for rest, teal for everyday movement, amber and coral for a workout. In the center you see your heart rate now, your resting value (the calmest 15 minutes of the day) and your peak.

Stress: blue for calm, orange and red for stressful moments. Slices without a stress reading (for example during a workout) are gray. In the center: stress now, the average and the highest value of the day.

Body Battery: from deep red when you are drained to bright lime when you are fully charged. In the center: Body Battery now, how much you charged and how much you have drained since.

The date and a big, easy-to-read time sit in the middle, with one data field of your choice below (default: steps).

How the ring fills: your watch keeps a few hours of history, and the watch face stores the slices of today while it runs. Right after installing, the slices from before that history stay empty, so the first full ring comes on the next day. At midnight the ring starts again.

Touch and hold the screen to switch to the data screen with 10 data fields. Touch and hold again to go back.

The always-on mode shows a thin, dimmed ring, the needle and the time.
